Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery, provided:
• All original tags remain attached
• Items are in original condition
• The product has not been worn, washed, or altered

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and item details.

Important Notes

• Hand-washing, laundering, or garment care issues are not covered under our return policy unless the item is defective upon arrival or we made an error with your order.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
• All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Final Sale Items

• All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Custom orders and specialty items are final and non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we may resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Orders under $150 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
